Forget Dr. Google - Imagine how different pregnancy, birth, and postpartum could be with a tour guide.
Virtual Birth Support
Out of my service area or just a more private person? Just a click or Siri voice command away, I’ll be ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have. My years of experience combined with constantly updating knowledge of birth and bodies come together to provide relief from any worries or uncertainties you may have. This includes virtual prenatal visits, continuous text, call, and FaceTime support on the big day, and postpartum check ins.
In Person Birth Support
Birth is a marathon, not a race. To start training we’ll focus on education, preparing your body, and understanding all of your options. Need help finding a provider? Felt something was missing from your first birth? I’ve got you! I’ll be by your side to help advocate for you and echo your desires. Regardless if you’re planning a natural birth, use of an epidural, or a cesarean my goal is always empowerment through education. This includes prenatal visits, continuous in person support on the big day - and postpartum support.
Postpartum & Infant Care
The postpartum period is a very transformative time, your mind and body have both underwent incredible changes to get you where you are now. Instead of navigating life with a newborn, a healing body, and a new family dynamic alone - call me! My most common postpartum duties include preparing meals, reading to clients, doing laundry, light housework while the family naps, and really anything new parents could benefit from during this time. Overnight visits consist of me tending to baby and any lingering chores while you recharge with a full night’s rest. Need I say more?
